 Private hotel Austis is owned by company Austis a.s. Praha and is run by tenant. Hotel is located in historical center of royal town Znojmo. Znojmo is one of the oldest Czech towns. On the present we can say it is also natural social and commercial center of the South Moravian.
The house located in the urban conservation area of the Znojmo city is significant national monument registered in the central list of national’s monuments. The construction history of this house goes to the 13th century.
 Representative private hotel arise from huge reconstruction between 1994 and 1995. Reconstruction was realize in consideration of the history of the house.
